Three Way Calling
$2.00 per month
Lets you add a third party, local or Long Distance, to your telephone conversation.
How it works:

Depress the swithchhook for one second. This places the original call on "hold".

Listen for three rapid tones followed by a dial tone.

Dial the number on the person you want to add to your conversation. When that person answers, you can talk privately before bringing the original call back into the conversation.

To add the original call, depress the switchhook for one second. This returns the original call to the line and establishes the three-way call.

If you try to add a third person and the phone is busy or doesn't answer, cancel that call by depressing the switchhook twice, releasing immediately each time. This will return you to the original call.

To remove either call from your three-way conversation, ask one of them to hang-up. You can continue your conversation with the remaining person.

To disconnect the third person, depress the switchhook.

When you hang up, all calls are disconnected.
Call Forwarding

Lets you transfer your incoming calls to any other telephone number.
How it works:

Dial - 7 2
After a four-second pause, you will hear a second dial tone.

Dial the phone number you want your calls forwarded to. You'll hear two short tones followed by ringing. When the other phone is answered, Call Forwarding is in effect. Tell the person answering that your calls are being forwarded their number.

If the called telephone is busy or does not answer, hang up, immediately repeat step one and redial the number your calls are to be forwarded to. When you hear short tones, hang up. The service will automatically be in effect.

To verify that Call Forwarding is in effect, dial your own number. If you hear a ringing, the service is working.

Your telephone still can be used to place outgoing calls, even though your incoming calls are being forwarded.

While forwarding is in effect, your phone will ring once when someone calls you. However, calls can only be answered at the phone they're being forwarded to.

To restore your phone to normal service, dial - 7 3
After a four second pause, you will hear two short tones, followed by a dial tone. This indicates that Call Forwarding has been canceled.
Selective Call Forwarding
$2.25 per month
Similar to Call Forwarding except that the call is forwarded only if it matches the list.
Speed Calling
Speed Calling 8 - $2.00 per month
Speed Calling 30 - $2.50 per month
Lets you dial certain frequently called local and Long Distance numbers by using a one or two digit code. The service is available for eight or thirty telephone numbers.
How it works:

Lift the handset and listen for the dial tone.

Dial the speed calling code. (Codes are 2 through 9 for 8 Code Speed Calling and 20 through 49 for 30 Code Speed Calling.) If you have a push button phone, you can depress the number button (#) to eliminate the usual four-second pause after calling.

To enter or change a number on your Speed Calling List:

Listen for dial tone, dial activate code - 7 4 (for 8 code list) or - 7 5 (for 30 code list).

Depress "#" button eliminate a pause.

Listen for second dial tone, dial Speed Calling code.

Dial the complete local or Long Distance number that you are assigning to each Speed Calling code.

Listen for two spurts or tone to confirm your entry.
Selective Distinctive Ringing / Call Waiting

Provides special ringing or Call Waiting notification for calls received from those numbers on your specified list of numbers. This service allows you to separate client and personal calls and answer appropriately.
How it works:

Pick up the handset and listen for the dial tone.
- Press - * 6 1
- Listen for an announcement telling you whether the feature is currently on or off. The recorded voice will then tell you how many (if any) numbers are currently stored on your list.
- Follow the voice instructions and dial 3 to turn the feature ON (if it is currently off), or turn the feature OFF (if it is currently on).
Automatic Callback
$1.25 per month
Lets you automatically call back the last number dialed. If the called party if busy, the system will continue to attempt to make the connection until both parties are idle. This feature is typically used after the initial dialing attempt resulted in a busy signal.
Call Forward Busy
$3.95 per month
Lets you have your calls forwarded to another number while you are on your telephone or internet. If the line is not busy, your phone will ring.
Call Forwarding (Don't Answer)
$2.25 per month
Lets you redirect incoming calls to another line if your line is not answered after a predetermined number of rings.
How it works:

Lift handset and listen for dial tone.

Dial - *92
(You will be prompted to enter the number you want to forward to).

To cancel, lift handset and dial - *93
Call Waiting
$2.25 per month
Lets you know when someone is trying to call you while you're on the phone.
How it works:

A short tone will signal you that another call is waiting on your line. One reminder tone will sound 10 seconds later if you do not respond to the first signal. (The person calling will hear a normal ringing tone until you answer.)

Depress the switchhook for one second to place the first call on "hold" and to answer the second call.

Return to the first call by depressing the switchhook for one second again, leaving the second call on "hold".

Alternate between the two calls as often as necessary by depressing the switchhook for one second to make each change.

To end either call, ask one person to hang up. Then depress the switchhook to return to the other call.
Canceling Call Waiting on a per-call basis is available. Please contact the business office for more information.
Cancel Call Waiting
$1.75 per month
Prevents Call Waiting interruptions on important calls and long distance calls.
Prevents data transmission errors caused by Call Waiting tones when using computer modems.
How it works:

Dial - *70, then listen for three beeps and a steady dial tone.

Dial desired telephone number.
To Cancel Call Waiting During A Call (Three-Way Calling feature is required):

Depress switchhook, then listen for three beeps and a steady dial tone.

Dial *70, then listen for three beeps.

Wait for automatic reconnection to existing call.
When Cancel Call Waiting is activated, callers will hear a busy signal.
